Description:

Feeling the thrill of flying within a landscape between the Tungurahua volcano, Los Altares, and the snowy Chimborazo will be the safe, easy, and fun experience of discovering this sport in the city of Baños de Agua Santa.

Itinerary:

We'll depart from your hostel in Baños de Agua Santa. The meeting point is at 2:30 PM. We'll then drive toward Cerro Nitón, a south-facing peak at 3,000 meters above sea level. Once there, after a practical briefing on the technical and practical steps, we'll take a tandem flight with a certified pilot. The flight lasts 15 to 20 minutes with dynamic conditions in the afternoon, a 400-meter slope, clear conditions, a wide takeoff area, natural grass, and landing. "TOPLANDIN" means we land at the same takeoff point.

Note:

Remember that weather conditions are very important for paragliding. If conditions are unsuitable, we must cancel the activity until we find the right conditions for free flight. If optimal flight conditions are met, the activity will proceed. Otherwise, a $10.00 discount will apply for transportation.
