Rock Climbing

Description:

The best rock climbing in Ecuador is found in one place: the Tungurahua basalt in the Baños canton, formed by volcanic rock on the banks of the San Martín Canyon. There are 15 equipped natural rock routes for all experience levels and with no age limit.

Itinerary:

We will pick you up at your hostel at 9:00 am, then we will take a 15-minute car ride to the selected climbing area, which we will select according to your level. Once there, we receive a basic introduction to rock climbing and learn how to use equipment. After a practice session, we begin the activity, climbing for approximately 3 hours.

What to bring:

USB or SD card to collect photos and videos after the tour (4GB), tennis/sandals, sunglasses with a restraint strap, baseball cap, sunscreen and lip balm, personal water bottle (1 liter).
